I’m pleased to announce that Mattern and FitzGerald Custom Builders will have a new model available to view in the popular Menger Springs subdivision located at IH-10 and HWY 46 just minutes from downtown Boerne. We’ve already broken ground and are moving into mechanical stage. The house sits on just over an acre and is close to 4800 square feet. We are targeting a completion date in the fall and are excited to showcase a timeless style that you don’t see much but will fit in well. To me it seems like more of a French Chateau type of architecture with curved edge details of roof, and exposed rafter details on the underside. Our hope is to create something that appears to have been there for a long time, yet have all the modern conveniences and an updated interior that makes sense with this style. Already there has been very positive feedback from many and we are just as excited to see the finished product as anyone.
